Tinker Glass Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected commercial glazing contractor that has proudly served Southern California for more than 40 years.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of commercial glazing projects — from project turnover through closeout — ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing project specifications and construction documents

  • Attending pre-construction meetings

  • Preparing and managing submittals

  • Maintaining project schedules and timelines

  • Coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams

  • Purchasing materials and managing deliveries

  • Processing and tracking change orders

  • Ensuring quality workmanship and project profitability

  • Leading and directing field crews throughout project execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial glass industry

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Prior field experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of storefront systems, curtain wall, doors, and hardware

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and architectural plans

  • Experience preparing quantity take-offs, estimates, and proposals

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with QuickBooks and Procore is a plus
